• International Corporate Finance and Merchant Banking Services - arrange cross-border investments, bridge funding and advisory services for acquisition of real estate properties, management and leverage buy-out, corporate restructuring and turn-around, and direct equity investment and/or debt funding for promising, emerging middle market companies in Asia, Eastern Europe and other emerging region.
